In a average suburban home we would move from one room to another to get to the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom and so forth.
In Gary Chang’s home, the sliding walls move to create a new room without him ever walking through a door.

Gary is an architect living in Hong Kong, a city jam packed with people where every spare square foot of living space is a luxury.
He has gone above and beyond in “making the most of the space” by converting his 344 sq. ft. apartment into what he calls the “Domestic Transformer”.

The Anti-Theft Lunch Bag is designed to deter sneaky office fiends who might steal your lunch.

…but for my money, I think you need to consider changing jobs if you need to resort to this to avoid lunch theft.

If more manuals were printed this way we might actually use them to get to know our device and its features.

Admit it.  How many of us really read that “how-to”  manual that comes with the new device we’ve just purchased
Most of us would be too eager to start exploring its features for ourselves rather than letting some book tell us how we want to use it.

This “Out of the Box” concept book was designed by Clara Gaggero, Adrian Westaway and Jaako Tuomivara to help us adapt to learn about our device in a simple and intuitive way.

Pretty neat if you ask me

Alongside with the Chinese Red Cross, Hong Kong Magazine, MILK, has been working hard to help raise money for the Earthquake victims in YuShu, China. MILK teamed up with a number of designers and labels to design products that will help create awareness to this initiative. The Tee’s series will be design by different designers. Check out the first release, a simple black and white T-shirt with a “U” logo in a MILK style font, designed by Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER
